Who we are

DoubleDialog is operated by Ones And Zeros BV.

These terms apply to your use of the website, the account system, and the conversation analysis features available through DoubleDialog.

Using the service

You may use DoubleDialog only for lawful purposes and only with material you have the right to submit.

If you upload, paste, or record content involving other people, you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to do that under the law that applies to you.

You may not use the service to break the law, abuse the platform, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or interfere with other users.

Accounts, credits, and payments

DoubleDialog uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no subscriptions unless we explicitly add them later.

Credits are spent when conversation analysis runs are processed. Longer recordings and speaker-heavy features use more credit than lighter analysis runs.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details ourselves.

Purchased credits are non-refundable once they have been added to your account and the service is available to you.

What we store

We store the text needed to make the product work: transcripts, pasted text, generated metrics, summaries, suggestions, saved conversation records, and basic account information.

If you pay for credits, we also store the payment and balance information needed to manage your account.

We may also store minimal account and device-level usage records, such as anonymous trial counters or hashed sign-in identifiers, to grant free credit once and prevent repeated abuse of free access.

What we do not store

We do not keep your uploaded or recorded audio files as part of your saved account history.

Audio may be processed temporarily to produce a transcript, but the persistent record we keep is text, not the original audio file.

We do not sell your personal data.

Processors and third parties

To run the service, we use third-party infrastructure and processors such as OpenAI for transcription and analysis, Stripe for payments, and our hosting and database providers.

Those providers may process data on our behalf only to provide the service to you, run payments, secure the platform, or meet legal obligations.

Your control over your data

You can delete saved conversations from your account. You can also delete your account and remove your stored data.

If you delete your account, we may retain a minimal irreversible anti-abuse fingerprint, such as a hashed sign-in identifier, solely to stop repeated free-credit abuse. We do not keep your deleted conversations for that purpose.

If you need access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request handled manually, use the contact details published on doubledialog.com when available.

AI output and limitations

DoubleDialog uses AI models to generate transcripts, scores, summaries, and improvement suggestions. Those outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or subjective.

The service is for reflection and personal use. It is not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, or professional advice.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or permanent availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Ones And Zeros BV is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business, or decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output.

If we need to suspend or limit the service to prevent abuse, fix technical issues, or comply with the law, we may do so.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may update the date on this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the product.

Your continued use of DoubleDialog after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you additional protection.
